My Mobile Notary is available throughout the state of California. I am a Certified Loan Signing Agent, can recieve e-docs, and have personal laser fax/printer with digital service. I will accomodate your schedule by coming to you, or you can come to me. I have over 2 years experience in the fields of Mortgage Loan Coordinating, and Mortgage Loan Processing. Quick, last minute calls will be accomodated as time can allow for Mondays through Fridays. Saturdays are by pre-appointment only, however you may certainly call my business/cell phone to ask if I am available.

Fees

Notary fees @ $5-20.00 are consistant with California State Notary Guidlines.

Loan Signing @ $250.00 per loan, up to two signers are consistant with California State Notary Guidlines. More than one loan or signer may be subject to an additional charge which will be negotiated at the time of contract with My Mobile Notary.

Online Services such as printing out one set of docs per signer and bank is normally included in the loan signing fee. If two or more sets are required, there will be an extra fee-negotiated at the time of contract with My Mobile Notary.

Travels fees are included in the loan signing areas within Orange County. Travel fees for LA and Riverside signings will be negotiated at the time of contract with My Mobile Notary.
